For customers to know the estimated delivery times, please look at the bottom of individual product pages under shipping methods to know how long products will take to be delivered. Price and delivery time is calculated by location.
If no details appear on the product page and you are not based in the U.K, this could be due to that seller not shipping to your location. However, please message the seller as they may be able to ship to you.
Do sellers offer returns?
Each seller has their own returns policy, please read the sellers terms and conditions or ask them a question if you are unsure. Look under 'return period' to see if they offer returns and how long their return period is.
How to request a return?
Go to your order and click on the order you'd like to return. Select 'request a replacement or refund' and fill in your request. A member of the team will be back to you as soon as possible. Please message the seller prior to submitting an order to see if an alternative solution can be found.
