Riwaya is a curated marketplace. Products are shipped directly by the individual sellers you buy from. Shipping fees, delivery times, and return policies vary per seller.

Who ships my order?

All items are shipped by the sellers themselves. Riwaya does not handle storage, packaging, or dispatch.

Where can I find delivery times and shipping costs?

Delivery estimates and shipping fees appear on each product page under Shipping Methods. Details are calculated based on your delivery location.

Why don't I see shipping details for my country?

If shipping information is missing, the seller may not ship to your region or has not added rates yet. You can message the seller via the Contact Seller button to ask if shipping can be arranged.

What happens if my order has items from different sellers?

Orders containing products from multiple sellers are shipped separately. You may receive multiple packages, different delivery dates, and separate tracking updates. Tracking for each parcel appears in your Order Details.

Returns

Do sellers offer returns?

Each seller has their own return policy. Check the Return Period section on the product page or contact the seller directly for details.

How do I request a return or replacement?

  1. Contact the seller first through the order page to see if the issue can be resolved quickly.
  2. Open My Orders and select the item.
  3. Click Request a Replacement or Refund.
  4. Provide your reason and submit.

Should I contact the seller first?

Yes, many issues can be resolved quickly without a full return. Messaging the seller often speeds up resolution.

When will I hear back about my return?

Processing time varies based on the seller and the issue. You'll receive updates via email and in your Order page.
