How long is my free trial?

All sellers are entitles to one month's free trial to test out the Riwaya marketplace

How do I get in touch with Riwaya?

If you have a question about getting started or have an issue you can message us direct from your homepage under 'Contact Riwaya Team' or 'Message Center'. Alternatively, feel free to send us a message on [email protected] or via Instagram DM.

We'll try our best to get back to you as soon as possible 

How do I get in touch with a customer?

You can message the customer from the order page - press the gear in the top right and select 'contact customer'

If there's a dispute, then please ensure all communications are conducted on the Riwaya platform so that we can arbitrate if neccesary

When do I get my money?

Instantly, the benefits of using PayPal is that we offer buyer and seller protected payments. Once a sales is made, we take our commission then meaning you get your money as soon as possible

How long does it take to get my products approved?

We try to approve your products as quickly as possible! Please ensure you complete all onboarding steps as we cannot approve them prior to them being completed. You can check if all stages have been completed by going on seller panel homepage and checking the progress bar.

My products do not fit in the current categories, how do I add another one?

We're always expanding our category range, if you want to add another category to better suit your product just let us know and we will do that.

How do I add a product?

You can go to the Products tab on the left - then select the top right plus button and complete all the stages.

How do I add product variations?

Please ensure you have selected filters. If you need additional filters, let us know! A full step-by-step guide can be found here:


How to add a shipping method?

Please go to the Shipping Methods tab and press the plus button in the top right corner. Fill in the details and select create, then ensure all fields are completed and rate areas are added.

If you want to add international shipping, just add more rate areas

How to add tracking details?

If you want to add tracking details to send to the customer, you can go to the order page and look at the bottom right to add tracking details.
