Can I message the seller before buying something?
You can message the seller through the 'click to ask a question' button found on all the products
How can I message the seller about my order?
You can message the seller by going on your order page and selecting the order you wish to ask about. Then click 'start communication' and type your message.
Do sellers offer returns?
Each seller has their own returns policy, please read the sellers terms and conditions or ask them a question if you are unsure. Look under 'return period' to see if they offer returns and how long their return period is.
How to request a return?
Go to your order and click on the order you'd like to return. Select 'request a replacement or refund' and fill in your request. A member of the team will be back to you as soon as possible. Please message the seller prior to submitting an order to see if an alternative solution can be found.
How do I fix problems with my account?

How can I solve issues I have had with a seller?
Riwaya has an internal dispute resolution system to ensure that you have the best experience using our platform. Please send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and date and we will look to solve this for you as soon as possible.
